Booked this for our weekend and it met standard. Really enjoyed Charlottesville, the hotel was nice close to shops and restaurants. Everything was nice, but a few employees were careless. The property was in a favourable and excellent location short walk to shopping centers. Also, the hotel was at a moderate distance from Trader Joe's. Good choice of food for breakfast, everything was great.

The rooms here are a good size and have a really nice bathroom. The staff is super-friendly and goes out of their way to help out. The breakfast they provide is top-notch. 🌟

Wonderful location close to excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and the airport. Nearby Brother's Bar & Grill is a great place to chill out. Updated, large room with a microwave and partitioned bedrooms.

The rooms were well-appointed with sofa bed and all the expected amenities, for example as described. The breakfast was very good and had a wide range of meals. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Bounce-n-Play.

The room is new-fashioned and updated with a refrigerator and a great bathroom and sofa. The staff is reasonably good. The pool area is great. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, within walking distance to everywhere.

The maid didn't leave soap or shampoo on subsequent days, and the manager laughed at my report.

I could not get CNN and other standard channels on the TV. Those channels were marked as weak reception or scrambled. I did not complain about this until I was departing the hotel. That should not happen.

This hotel was a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was ideal, close to downtown and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were equipped with all the expected amenities, including a great bathroom. The breakfast offered was also a highlight.

We had a voucher for breakfast with our room and the service was prompt and efficient. The staff made sure we had a great dining experience. The location of the hotel was convenient and made our stay enjoyable. The room was well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The checkout time of 12 noon was very generous and gave us a stress-free departure morning. we had a positive experience at Holiday Inn University Area and would recommend it to others.
